BONUS TEST-N-TUNE RACING THIS WEEKEND

Plus Final Midnight Mayhem of the Season

It's another busy fall weekend at Cordova Dragway Park. This Friday, September 30 is a Rev-Hard Fun Night followed by the final Rev-Hard Midnight Mayhem of the 2011 season. "We have had almost all the Midnight Mayhems affected by rain, but it looks a lot better this time just cooler temperatures of course" mentioned Scott Gardner. The Rev-Hard Midnight Mayhem event is for street legal cars and trucks. In addition the event features the flag girl and burnout contests.

Then on Saturday, (October 1) there will a fall Fun Day with open racing for everyone plus trophy and gambler's races. Gates will open Saturday at 1 PM with racing from 2 - 6 PM (prox). "We wanted to give those people looking for some weekend fun runs an opportunity at the track, continued Gardner, a lot of people are trying to get there cars squared away before winter and this will be a good opportunity for them." 

Sunday (October 2) is the F-Body Association Race. Gates open Sunday at 8 AM (prox) with time runs underway from 9 AM - 4:30 PM. While the event is sponsored by the F-Body Association Club it is open to everyone.
