OPENING WEEKEND IS HERE - THIS SAT & SUN, APRIL 10 & 11

It's finally time to hear the sweet sound of cars going down the drag strip as Cordova Dragway Park opens this Saturday and Sunday, April 10 & 11 for the Spring Warm Up and Swap Meet Event. Gates will open both Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM with test-n-tune time runs underway at 12 Noon. "The forecast looks great for our opening weekend, said Scott Gardner, so it should be a great way to begin the 2010 season here at CDP"

In addition to test-n-tune time runs, there will be a trophy and gamblers race each day plus the swap meet will be going on as well. "It's a chance get your garage or shop cleaned out and bring out stuff others might be looking for" continued Gardner.
